Key Responsibilities:

Selling and Preparing Airline Travel Packages:

• Sell and prepare airline travel packages to customers using the Sabre System.
• Organize travel from start to finish by booking tickets and managing itineraries.
• Research different destinations and travel sources for pricing and fares.
• Determine customer specifications and desires; recommend appropriate travel packages and services.
• Advise travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday details.

Customer Engagement and Service:

• Engage with customers using a persuasive and pleasant communication style.
• Provide excellent customer service by being approachable, engaging, and proactive in meeting client needs.
• Build rapport with clients through strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Handle unexpected issues and complaints; determine refund eligibility in accordance with airline policies and regulations.

Sales and Promotions:

• Use promotional techniques and materials to sell itineraries, tickets, and tour packages.
• Follow up on leads and play an active role in increasing sales of tickets, Umrah, and Hajj packages.
• Collect deposits and balances from clients.

Operational Tasks:

• Handle airline ticketing procedures with accuracy and precision.
• Utilize the Sabre Ticketing System to manage bookings and improve ticket sales.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
